Bruce Devin IVS is a company that mainly revolves around the sales of watches. In connection with this the company runs the web shop Because part of Bruce Devin IVS’s customer base is expected to be international the web shop’s language will be English.


The ordering of goods is done by locating the wanted item in the web shop and the adding the item to the basket.
When you are finished shopping and have added all the desired items, continue by clicking the basket icon.
On the following page it is possible to adjust your order. If you do not wish to adjust your order you may instead proceed to select your choice of delivery.
Submit your chosen delivery address and proceed to click the “Place Order” button. This action will guide you to the following page that considers payment. After you have ordered and paid for the desired goods you will receive a confirmation via e-mail from Bruce Devin.
When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive another email, this time confirming your order and informing you of the impending shipping.

Payment and prices

All our prices are including VAT and taxes.
The amount that you have paid will be debited once your order is confirmed. You can pay using the credit cards pictured on the websites front page, Visa, MasterCard.
Bruce Devin reserves the right to adjust for sold out goods, typos, and price-/currency-/or tax changes. If any of your ordered goods are sold out or in any other way cannot be delivered we will contact you in order to reach an agreement on alternate delivery, a reduction in your order or possibly a future time of delivery.


Bruce Devin delivers to the entire world, utilising different courier solutions depending on the destination. The expected time of delivery is between five to seven weekdays.  Please abstain from contacting Bruce Devin until this period of time has passed.
When the goods are sent from our address you will receive an email as confirmation for the dispatch.
In case you regret your purchase:
When you shop at Bruce Devin you will always have 14 days right of cancellation.
The right of cancellation expires exactly 14 days after you:

  • A) Receive the ordered goods.
  • B) Physically receive the last item in an order involving several items delivered separately
  • C) Physically receive the last part of an order considering several parts delivered separately
  • D) Physically receive the first item in an order concerning delivery of certain goods on a regular basis

You must notice Bruce Devin within 14 days of reception of the ordered goods that you want to cancel your purchase. You must do so by contacting In your message you must explicitly draw to our attention that you wish to make use of your right of cancellation.
You cannot regret your purchase simply by refusing to receive the ordered goods without at the same time explicitly informing of this.

When returning goods

In the event that you decide to return your order, this must be done without unnecessary delay and no more than 14 days after you have informed us of your wish to regret your purchase. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
When returning goods you are responsible for wrapping and securing the goods in a sensible manner.
Upon receiving the goods you bear the sole responsibility for these.
The expenses concerning the returning of goods are not expected to exceed 300 DKK.

The condition of the goods upon return

Should the goods lose value in a way that does not concerning the handling necessary in order to establish the nature and properties of the goods then you are responsible for this. In other words, you may try out the goods in the same manner as if you were trying them out in a physical store. If the goods have been tried on in a manner outside of the aforementioned conditions we reserve the right to regard it as used, meaning that you by regretting your purchase will only receive a small or no amount of the purchase amount in return, depending on the commercial value of the goods.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount you must only do what you would have done in a physical store. Du may try the goods, but you may not put them to actual use.

Refunding purchases

Should you regret your purchase we will naturally refund the amount that you have paid. In the event of value impairment, costs that you are responsible for, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you decide to use your cancellation rights we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (only standard delivery, extra costs as a consequence of your own choice of alternate delivery will not be refunded). This will be done without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of the date on which we have received notice of your wish to regret our prior arrangement.
Such a refund will be made using the same method of payment that you used when making the original order unless you have expressly agreed to a different agreement.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have once again received the returned goods, unless you have supplied us with sufficient information beforehand documenting that you have returned the goods.

If there is a problem with the goods

When you shop at you naturally obtain 24 months of reclamation rights. This means that you as a rule can have your purchased goods repaired, swapped, refunded or price reduced depending on the specific situation. Should you wish to complain over a product and use your reclamation rights this must be done by contacting us as soon as possible upon reception of said products.
If the product is damaged upon reception you must always draw this to the attention of the courier and endorse this on the waybill.
Should you wish to complain over a product and use your reclamation rights you must do this by contacting us at and attach photographic documentation of your claims.
It is, of course, a demand that the reclamation is entitled and that the damages have not been induced by wrongful usage of the product or other injurious behaviour.

When should I use my reclamation rights?

If you wish to do so you must complain and use your reclamation rights within a reasonable timeframe after having noticed any damage. If you do complain within two months after having noticed damages the reclamation will be timely. We will refund fair delivery costs.
If the reclamation is justified we will naturally refund your fair delivery costs.

Remember that the goods must always be returned in secure packing, which you are responsible for. Remember to always obtain a receipt proving dispatch to us. This allows us to refund your delivery costs.
